Today we met Great Auntie Sandra. When we got to her house we went to the living room and talked about how they were and she asked us how we were.
After that we had lunch and because there was no gluten free version of the Scotch broth soup she had made, I had tomato soup and it was really yummy. After lunch the parents talked and Alex and I watched TV.
After we had watched about one and a half movies we went to see Great Uncle George who lived in a care home. When we got to the care home they said he wasn’t ready so we went to the lounge at the front and waited a couple of minutes.
When Uncle George was ready he came out on a very fancy chair that moved into the lounge. He can’t talk but he can still understand you, so when we were talking to him we could see his eyes looking at us and amazingly he tried to talk to us which Auntie Sandra said was not usual.
After we left the care home we went to Lavender Drive and it had lots of Christmas lights on all of the houses. It looked very pretty at night and was very bright! Then we went back to Susan’s house, one of mum's friends from school, where we were staying. We stayed there for 5 nights.
